Jonathan Pedrosa — Product Analyst

I build digital products from end to end.

I take care of the product, the design and the technology to turn an idea into something people can actually use.

HAVIA

Own product

Household money, without the arguments.

An app to split expenses, chores and lists between people who share a home, a flat or a trip. The idea, the design, the app and the backend are mine. It has been on Google Play in closed testing since August, with real people using it.

  • Receipt reader: my own native module over ML Kit, the photo never leaves the phone
  • Over-the-air updates and a new-version prompt
  • My own backend on a VPS, with its deployment and monitoring

ORBE

Own infrastructure

A control room for my own infrastructure.

A private automation and AI ecosystem: Telegram agents running on a local model, monitoring that restarts whatever falls over, and a dashboard — mobile and desktop — that shows the state of everything on one screen.

  • Agents that read, summarise and file on their own
  • Monitoring with automatic restart
  • One data layer, two interfaces

About

A product analyst who can also build it.

I work as a Product Analyst for a large fashion retailer, through a technology consultancy: I gather requirements and turn them into product sitting next to the people who will use it every day.

I come from systems administration and databases, so when I say something can be done I usually know what it costs. Outside work I build my own products end to end — idea, design, code and store listing — which is the best way I know to stay honest about what shipping really takes.

Product

Discovery, requirements and prioritisation with the people who will use it. PSPO I.

Design

Clear interfaces and design systems that survive more than one screen.

Development

From mobile to the edge: Kotlin, TypeScript and Python, shipped for real.
